If you are experiencing problems with the site try the following steps until everything works fine:
1-You must use either Internet Explorer or Firefox and be sure that you have installed all Windows Updates.
2-You should be using a high speed internet connection. If you are on a 56k you will probably have problems with the chat.Try to connect with the fastest speed possible.
3-Refresh your browser window either by clicking on the refresh icon or f5 on your keyboard.
4-Delete cookies and cache from your browser.Close your browser and re-open it.
5-Download the latest version of FLASH from here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
6- If you have a firewall installed (Ex : Zone Alarm), sometimes the security settings are too high. Authorize the site or deactivate temporarily the firewall.
Having difficulty with the Cam2Cam?
- Right click on your mouse button directly in the video and select "Settings".
- Make sure there is a check by "Authorize"
- Make sure that under the camera tab that the camera selected is the one you are using. If the camera you are using does not appear there, follow your camera's manufacturer's instructions for installation.
- Be sure that under the microphone tab that your microphone is selected and that the settings are correct. If you cannot find your microphone in the list follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation of your microphone, headset or sound card.
